Our story.
Rich founded the company in 1980 after twenty years working for other contractors. He'd seen the corners get cut, the calls go unreturned, and the small jobs treated as afterthoughts. He started this business on a single principle: show up, do the work right, charge a fair price.
Forty-five years later, that's still the whole playbook. Keith joined the business in 2018 after finishing his apprenticeship and brings the same care to every project. Together they've built relationships with families across Lincolnwood, Wilmette, Evanston, Skokie, Glenview, and the surrounding communities.
